PASSOVER is so important that if you fail to do it due to circumstances beyond your control, you can make it up in the 2nd month of the year, as NUMBERS 9 teaches.

GEN 1:14 sets the criteria for determining the days, Festivals and years.   Exodus 12: 1-3 directs the first of months to be Abib, which history reveals to be in that era the star-sign of the lamb.
